Children's Dental Care Membership

Children under Five attending with their parent(s) will be seen at no charge.

Children 5 - 17 seen under the following plans:

Level One Maintenance Membership £4.56 per Month (from January 2012)

Regular dental health checks (two per year) to provide:

-clinical examination
-x rays where clinically necessary

-Orthodontic advice
-advice on improving or maintaining dental health

- polish to remove plaque and smooth the surface of teeth

	Assessment of emergencies and dental pain with any temporary treatment required, carried out at the practice during normal surgery hours.
	All treatment planning for your future dental needs.
	20% reduction on treatment required (except orthodontic treatment)
	Worldwide Trauma Insurance to protect against the cost of large unforeseen accidental damage.
	Emergency Callout Insurance, should you need a dentist in an emergency, anywhere in the world.
	Parental Redundancy Protection for up to 12 months

Children can still have braces on the NHS if they qualify under the new NHS Ortho contract conditions.

No discount applies if they wish to have private braces.

Level Two Preventive Membership £5.41 per Month (from January 2012)

As for Level one, but also including two appointments a year with our Oral Health Educator, to provide:

-advice on plaque control and periodontal health

-preventive techniques to reduce decay and gum disease

Level Three Preventive Plus Membership £6.26 per Month (from January 2012)

As for Level one, but also including four appointments a year with our Oral Health Educator, to provide:

-advice on plaque control and periodontal health

-preventive techniques to reduce decay and gum disease
