Nicola has worked in the Dental field for over 12 years
in a variety of roles. Initially she worked as a dental nurse for a
number of practices in Glossop as a Dental Nurse, before then moving to
the Community Dental Service. Here roles have included Emergency Dental
Service, Screenings and Surveys, Oral Health sessions, Nursing for
Sedation and General Anesthetic Treatments, working with a team helping
people to reduce any Dental Fear or requiring treatment in a specialized
environment.
She has then undergone training as a Dental Hygienist/
Therapist followed by working in Salford under a mentoring program.
Currently Nicola is thinking of studying Medical and
Ethical law with the Open University.
In her free time she likes to be with family and
friends, enjoys running and the Gym. Swims regularly and walking
particularly with her two dogs.

Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy and British
association of Dental Therapists
